The following prices may vary depending on the season and events in Rome, and on our promotional offers as well, therefore we show the minimum and maximum levels of which may fluctuate.
*Above-mentioned prices include: VAT, services and air conditioning. Do not include city tax of Euros 3,50 per person/day.

Payment method
Julia Guesthouse accepts payments with credit cards VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS.Terms of Payment
- At the time of the reservation will require a deposit in advance of 50% of the total;
- on arrival will be required to balance the total amount and payment of additional services that may be required; payment of the deposit which will be returned on departure if no damage is done to the apartment and its content.
Caution deposit
- For each stay will require a deposit on arrival which will be returned upon departure if no damage is done to the apartment and its content.
- Guests are expected to clean the kitchenette.
Check-in and check-out
The apartment will be available from 13:00 and must be freed at 10:00 on the day of departure. For check-in after 22:00 guests have to send notice.Extra Charges
- Additional daily cleaning € 15.
- Free linen change every 3 days, additional daily change of linen € 15.
